Arunas started his career in global FinTech recruitment specialising within software development and quickly developing strong relationships with innovative market leaders. At Gresham Hunt, he leads our FinTech division offering an all-in-one recruitment solution, HR consulting and D&I advice for growing businesses across the EU.
In his spare time, he is an avid reader – at least one book read every week! He also loves fitness, often pursuing weightlifting challenges. A big passion of his is advocating for diversity and inclusion across both personal groups and professional networks.
