Originally from Cologne, Germany, Lara moved to the Netherlands in 2019 to pursue her studies. With nearly a decade in the dynamic world of hospitality, she honed skills in a range of roles - from trade shows to bartending - internalizing the mantra: "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone".
Lara's journey took her to Australia in 2016 and Costa Rica in 2022, where she embraced challenges, adapted to new environments and experienced transformative personal development. These adventures have strengthened her social skills and made interacting with people second nature. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, who she adopted during her internship in Costa Rica, planning trips and seeing friends.
With a background in hospitality recruitment, Lara has joined Gresham Hunt's Private Equity team for Germany. She is responsible for specialising in M&A, Investment Professionals and Finance Executives.
