Role: Client Onboarding Lead
Location: West End/Hybrid
Company: Our client is a rapidly growing blockchain based marketplace addressing friction points in the global food supply chain. Powered by one of the Top blockchain protocols, the firm is embarking on a new growth period following an intense 2 year R&D journey. To this end, the client is looking for a self-starting, technically minded professional to build out a new client facing onboarding function.
Role remit:
- Act as interface between client technical teams and the CTO
- Review engagement contracts and documentation
- Lead/Support existing projects with anchor clients
- Develop, implement and manage BAU frameworks and controls
Candidate requirements:
- Good academic track record with a minimum BSc/BA (STEM/Business/Law preferred)- Minimum 3-4 years onboarding experience in digital, technology or finance sectors
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Highly literate and numerate
- Practically minded, independent and logical
- Technical skills: SQL/VBA/Python – strongly desirable
- BA/PM experience strongly desirable
- Right to work in the UK
