Gresham Hunt are currently working with a leading global trading firm in London as they search for someone to join their expanding FX and Retail Operations team.
Role Summary:
- In-house operations lead for migrating data from existing vendor(s) to a new FX trading platform
- Develop knowledge and understanding of current reconciliation processes
- Liaising with Brokers, stakeholders and vendors and co-ordinate with data technology teams to enhance effectiveness of data delivery
- Create new initiatives, address points of improvement and suggest alternatives for the business in line with operations team development
- Perform daily BAU tasks as needed
- Manage process of reconciliation projects, including User Acceptance Testing
Your background
- Minimum 2 years of experience acquired within a traditional trading FX space
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a bonus)
- Numerical, organised and analytical mindset
- Great communicator who can perform to deadlines and work well within a team
- Quick to adapt to new systems
- Preferably knowledge of CFD, Over The Counter FX and market side trade flows
