Gresham Hunt is currently partnered with a leading financial services firm, seeking a dynamic and technology driven Product Owner as part of their Insurance and Wealth Management business.
This is a newly created position in which you will collaborate with other DevOps engineers, Solutions Architects and other technical teams to deliver a range of key development projects.

Required skills/ experience:

• Demonstrable experience in a Product Ownership role within Financial Services
• Extensive Project and Change Management experience, ideally projects/portfolios of £20 million+
• Stakeholder management: experience of managing relationships with business stakeholders; a proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring close collaboration with development teams, is especially important
• Digital expertise: a proven track record of successfully delivery digital initiatives which improve business performance
• Proven track record in working with business teams to identify business priorities and develop, test & deliver digital solutions which have a measurable impact on business performance
• Pensions product market knowledge or Regulatory Change experience is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills and ability to shape team identity and culture
• Demonstrable experience of delivering complex initiatives
• Agile practitioner capabilities and experience working with or in Agile teams
