Gresham Hunt has been engaged on an exciting search with one of our leading European banking clients.
Our client is one of Europe’s leading banking groups, providing personal, corporate, and investment banking services to a diverse range of clients. They are looking for a compliance professional to provide advice on compliance regulations, focusing on the real estate and mortgages arm of the business.
You will be responsible for providing timely compliance advice to business-line colleagues, and support in areas such as compliance monitoring, risk analysis, training, horizon scanning, and the provision of management information.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5 years’ regulatory experience within financial services, focusing on real estate and mortgages
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, in line with WFT and WWFT expectations
- Good stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence senior business-line colleagues
- Working written and oral proficiency in both Dutch and English
The successful candidate will be awarded a competitive salary, 30 days annual holiday, non-contributory pension and a flexible/hybrid working pattern.
Candidates must be located (or willing to locate) to the Amsterdam area, and must hold valid Right to Work in the EU. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
