This well-known and respected Investment Bank is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join the London team on a 15 month Maternity contract. They have a flat structure and entrepreneurial mind-set, where individuals are recognised for their contributions. When the return to the office happens, mid-late summer, this is likely to be a hybrid in office/WFH model.
The role will be broad in nature and involve all core management accounting activities as well as reporting, budgeting, analysis and projects. You will have interactions with a variety of stakeholders in the UK and globally. The role will also involve a lot of process transformation; they are looking for an individual with the aptitude and attitude to look at existing processes and think about how these can be improved.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least 5-10 years of hands on experience, coming from a banking background. You will have a transformation and entrepreneurial mind-set as well as being a driven individual who enjoys working autonomously.
