Since graduating from Cambridge, Octavian has spent a decade amassing a wealth of experience consulting in the UK, USA, LATAM, the EU, MENA and Hong Kong. In that time he has worked across multiple economic sectors and has supported Governments and their private Sector counterparts. Having moved back from Sierra Leone in 2019, he built a comprehensive Operations, Middle Office and Risk function at his previous boutique recruitment business, before joining Gresham Hunt to open the Operations & Strategic Hires offering. He brings with him an extensive track record across not just the buy-side (with alternative investment businesses), but also with key sell-side and fintech clients. Octavian spends most evenings rehearsing his latest theatrical production or cooking for friends and family.
