We recruit across all three lines of defence and every major risk type: credit, market, operational, model and enterprise risk, from analyst to Chief Risk Officer. Our clients are banks, asset managers, insurers and other firms regulated by the FCA, PRA, DNB and AFM.

Compliance has moved from back office to boardroom, and the role demands people who can advise the business, not just police it. We place compliance professionals from analyst through to Chief Compliance Officer with specialists focussing on advisory, regulatory affairs and monitoring & testing for firms navigating FCA, PRA, DNB and AFM regulation, and the EU rulebook beyond.
