CFO Position - SaaS PE Backed
The company:
Gresham Hunt are working with a growing private equity-backed SaaS company. The company is looking for a CFO to professionalize the finance team and restructure the company. The SaaS provider generates a turnover of £45m with an EBITDA of c.£9m.
The position:
The company is looking for an ambitious CFO who will take over the professionalization of the finance department, restructure the company in the areas of HR, IT, legal, and compliance and lead it in its growth.
Main tasks:
Overall responsibility of the finance team/function including financial reporting, corporate controlling, financial statements, IT projects, P&L and other financial control tasks.
Establishment of the finance team and further development of the management/business controlling function to guarantee continuous performance monitoring.
Maintaining relationships with external partners such as tax advisors and auditors.
Overview of the tax and legal structures.
We are looking for:

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the field of accounting/finance
- Completed bachelor's and master's degree
- A private equity background
- Knowledge of private equity with organic growth and M&A activities
