Gresham Hunt are working with a global financial services company in their search for a Dutch-speaking Client Management Associate to join their Global Payments Team. The role is responsible for ensuring that clients are supported from the first point of contact to delivery.
The person:
- Capable with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- An interest in finance
- Previous experience in a client-centric role
- Organised in terms of planning and time management
- Excellent communication, both written and verbally
- Able to critically think and solve problems
- Dutch language proficiency is required
The role:
- Contribute towards pre-sales meetings to provide support to sales with regard to client transitioning
- Work closely with the Client Service, Client Management, Operations and Production support teams within the Global Payments department
- Support client onboarding and client training of system features and products
- Report on client interaction across a monthly and quarterly basis
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to improve investigation turnaround time
- Build an approach per client in coordination with the sales team with the aim of reducing the number of investigations, increasing transactions and encouraging local currency trades
