Gresham Hunt are working with a global financial services company in their search for a Dutch-speaking Client Management Associate to join their Global Payments Team. The role is responsible for ensuring that clients are supported from the first point of contact to delivery.

The person:

  • Capable with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An interest in finance
  • Previous experience in a client-centric role
  • Organised in terms of planning and time management
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbally
  • Able to critically think and solve problems
  • Dutch language proficiency is required

The role:

  • Contribute towards pre-sales meetings to provide support to sales with regard to client transitioning
  • Work closely with the Client Service, Client Management, Operations and Production support teams within the Global Payments department
  • Support client onboarding and client training of system features and products
  • Report on client interaction across a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Work in collaboration with internal teams to improve investigation turnaround time
  • Build an approach per client in coordination with the sales team with the aim of reducing the number of investigations, increasing transactions and encouraging local currency trades
