Gresham Hunt has been mandated by our Private Equity Client to find a new Compliance Associate
Our client is a leading Private Equity firm, specialising in infrastructure projects. They are looking for a Compliance Associate who will be a key member of the compliance team providing support on the all areas of compliance tasks.
You will be responsible for supporting the on-boarding process for new funds and investors to ensure the firm's KYC procedures are followed. You will also prepare responses to KYC requests from third party banks and advisors. You will assist with the implementation and maintenance of compliance framework, processes and policies, and help in reporting all relevant regulatory and compliance matters to the Company's board of Directors.
Successful candidates will have:
- 2-3 years’ experience within a private equity, investment management, or asset management context
- Good knowledge of KYC and Onboarding procedures within a funds context
- Ideally, good knowledge of both UK and Luxembourg rules around KYC and Onboarding – as such, candidates must have experience within firms with a European presence
- A relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or similar
Candidates must be based in the UK with full and unrestricted right to work. Unfortunately visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
