Gresham Hunt are excited to partner with a Private Equity firm that focuses on infrastructure investment.
The Compliance Associate will be the key member of the compliance team providing support on the all areas of compliance tasks in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the on-boarding process for new funds and investors to ensure the firm's KYC procedures are followed
- Preparing responses to KYC requests from third party banks, advisors etc.
- Implementation and maintenance of compliance framework, processes and policies
- Reporting to the Company's board of Directors on all relevant regulatory and compliance matters
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or Law or similar
- English is a must French is a plus
- 2-3 years of experience
- Good knowledge of French regulatory regime is a plus
