Gresham Hunt is currently representing a leading Investment Bank in their search for a Developer, who has an excellent understanding of Murex.
This is an interim role for a 6 month period, with a day rate of £650 per day PAYE through Umbrella.
The person:
- Excellent knowledge of Murex
- Good knowledge of UNIX Shell and SQL
- Java and ITRS would be a bonus
- Ability to create scripts & tools to reduce repetitive actions
- Understanding of Investment Banking
The role:
- Manage production incidents and major events
- Regularly inform management about the production status and escalate major issues
- DevOps: Working within defined procedures, build and implement automated scripts/tools to reduce repetitive actions
- DevOps: Implement & enhance application monitoring across the applications/chain
- DevOps: Identify weakness in the application or procedures and either resolve directly or raise to be resolved
- Work closely with Feature Teams, Product owners, agile coaches and stakeholders to deliver solutions in line with Business needs
- Animate sharing experience session and problem session with chapter members to develop tools and create documentations
