Finance Director - Global Insurance Firm
A CFO contact has instructed us on an important requirement within their team. Recently hired to spearhead the growth of their global finance team and professionalise the whole function. A major player within the life insurance, pension and asset management field they have an enviable product range and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- This role reports directly into the CFO with a dotted line directly into board level
- This individual will be responsible for the global day to day operations of the finance of the business
- This person will be heavily involved in the rapid growth of the global finance team
- You will be responsible for the line management of 12, total management of 70+
- The successful person will partner closely with global MDs
Requirements:
- Essential to have either a Masters, RA, RC, MBA qualification
- Must have at least 8 years experience in the accounting/finance market
- Essential to have experience working within the financial services space
- Must be able to speak Dutch and English fluently (other languages also a preference)
- It’s a preference that the individual is currently working at FD level
- Required to be open to international travel
