Gresham Hunt are currently recruiting on behalf of a large international Financial Services firm who are looking to hire a Financial Accountant in Frankfurt.
Duties:
Financial statement preparation, reconciliations and and front office variable compensation
Process month end closings
Assistant with budgets and variance analysis
Produce working papers for the auditors
Assist with ERP system implementation and integration
Prepare regulatory reports
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A strong accounting background ideally from a Big 4 and / or the financial services sector
Strong communications skills ( written and verbal)in both English and German
Tech savvy - strong Excel skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Self-motivated
Team player with a strong work ethic
