Gresham Hunt are representing a leading global financial broker in their search for a Head of Surveillance within their Clearing team.
This is a role that requires experience within exchange and ability to read data.
The person:
- A degree in either in Finance or law or a related degree
- Extensive knowledge in Dutch AML/CFT & Sanctions Regulations
- Experience with managing a team
- Experience in market surveillance within trading or exchanges
The role:
- Collaborating and supporting the team
- Detecting any anomalies within the trading patterns
- Working with the compliance team when necessary and reporting any irregularities to the regulator
- Analyzing escalated signals of fraudulent activities
- Managing and controlling the results of the Regional Risk Office
- Managing a team with a global coverage
