- Demonstrable experience within a 2LOD Compliance position within a large, multinational financial services group
- Great knowledge of compliance rules and regulations pertaining to Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, and Global Markets
- Proven managerial experience – this role has 2 direct reports, so it is essential that candidates have previous experience managing junior staff

They are looking for a Compliance SME, ideally someone who is looking to rotate into third line from a 2LOD position. Candidates need to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Core Compliance areas, including (but not limited to) Trade Surveillance, Gifts and Entertainments, and Conflicts of Interest, from a policy, assurance, or testing perspective.
