Responsibilities:
- Implementing and coding regulatory and contractual investment guidelines in compliance systems
- Managing daily investment compliance guideline requests from client, regulatory and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the development of global IPC function
- Responsible and primary focused on rule implementation of investment guidelines of the company portfolios to ensure investment guideline
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher, preferably Economics, Finance or Law
- 7+ years experience in investment compliance within a financial industry
- 5+ years experience in managing relationships with fund auditors and with global regulators
- Deep knowledge of fund, securities and derivatives markets
