Responsibilities:
- Invoice and expense management, such as filing and delivering invoices
- Supporting HR in gathering relevant information e.g., regarding vacation and sick days
- Heavy scheduling/calendaring meetings
- Coordinating logistics, scheduling and booking travel, conferences
Qualifications
- Both English & German languages are required
- 2+ years experience as Office Manager, Team or executive assistant
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
