  • Invoice and expense management, such as filing and delivering invoices
  • Supporting HR in gathering relevant information e.g., regarding vacation and sick days
  • Heavy scheduling/calendaring meetings
  • Coordinating logistics, scheduling and booking travel, conferences


  • Both English & German languages are required
  • 2+ years experience as Office Manager, Team or executive assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
