Gresham Hunt are currently working with a leading trading firm in London as they search for someone to join their expanding Global Operations team.
Role Summary:
- Processing currencies and precious metals trade settlements with clients & trading counterparts
- Daily & monthly reconciliations:
- Physical depositories
- External nostros
- Exchange traded futures
- Cash flow
- Intra-day trade
- Internal systems
- Clearing account fees
- Developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting workflow of physical trading platform and helping testing for future developments
- Managing trade confirmations and funding requirements
Your background
- Knowledge of trade flows, treasury management and Excel
- Desirable to have understanding of financial markets
- Degree or equivalent education (not essential but preferred)
- Great communicator who can perform to deadlines and work well within a team
- Organised and interested in finance
