Gresham Hunt are representing a leading global financial broker in their search for a Regulatory Compliance Officer within their Compliance team.
The person:
- Degree in Law, Business Administration or similar
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proven knowledge of EU Regulatory environment (MiFIR, EMIR, MAR)
- Fluency in English
The role:
- Engaging with the regulatory stakeholders such as the regulatory and responding to regulatory requests as well as internal/external audits
- Being the first point of contact from compliance for the trading department to advise on compliance aspects
- Providing training across the organization
- Analyzing existing and new regulations and giving advice on the impact
