Regulatory Reporting Manager
London/ Hybrid
£85,000 + Bonus + Benefits 

Gresham Hunt are pleased to be partnered with an impressive start up supporting them in their search for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a hybrid role based out of the London Head office working as part of a collaborative and outgoing team. 

As a Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely submissions to the BoE/PRA, including CoRep, FinRep, and statistical returns. Additionally, you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to various transformative projects and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of three experts in all facets of regulatory reporting, including change initiatives.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly regulatory reports with precision and punctuality.
  • Develop monthly internal Management Information (MI) for ALCO.
  • Establish, enhance, and uphold robust controls for the regulatory reporting function, encompassing data reconciliations, cross checks, variance analysis, and investigations.
  • Foster seamless communication with internal stakeholders to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory and MI data feeds.
  • ? Contribute to the implementation of an advanced regulatory reporting system for enhanced automation.
  • Assist in integrating new business/product changes and adapting to evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of capital and liquidity reporting needs throughout the organization, providing regulatory guidance to various functions as needed.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the broader finance and treasury team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant.
  • Prior experience in financial services, particularly within banking or building societies.
  • Proficiency in regulatory reporting, including COREP, FINREP, PRA, and statistical returns.
  • Knowledge of liquidity, capital, and credit risk is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced in Management Information systems.
