Regulatory Reporting Officer - Commodities Trading
London – Up to £50,000
Gresham Hunt has been mandated by one of our Commodities Trading clients to find their new Regulatory Reporting Officer.
Our client is a Commodities Trading House with a global presence. They trade in Physical Power, Gas, Carbon, related derivate products and FX. They are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Officer responsible for accurate and timely reports on a T+1 basis to fulfil their reporting obligations.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Reporting trades by T+1 in line with EMIR, Dodd Frank, MAS, REMIT, and MiFID
- Investigating instances of failed automatic reporting of trades
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to report non-standard trades to regulators
- Monitor and respond to the reg reporting mailbox
- Monitor daily, weekly, and quarterly reconciliations
The successful candidate will have:
- Hands-on experience of regulatory reporting within an institutional trading firm
- Knowledge of at least one of the following regulations: EMIR, Dodd Frank, MAS, REMIT, and MiFID
- Good working knowledge of trading systems and reporting platforms, preferably ENDUR, Equias, and TriResolve
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
