We have been retained by a hyper-growth FinTech firm who are looking for a Senior Financial Controller who can both utilise their accounting/finance experience as well as use a creative/analytical skill set to transform the finance department. This is not the ‘typical’ accounting role and you’ll have a large amount of autonomy to make key decisions with the senior leadership team.
Within their specific segment they’re an EU leader with ambitions to grow globally in the next 5 years. They’ve recently been through two successful VC investments rounds and are planning to continue this investment cycle. Their actual product area is customer centric SaaS orientated.
Requirements:
4-7 years in a relevant finance role
Relevant Bachelors or Master’s degree – economics, finance, accounting, mathematics etc
Experience in technical accounting either from in-house or accounting firm
Dutch & English skills are a preference but not required. Also other languages such as – French, German, Italian, Spanish would be very relevant.
