Gresham Hunt has been engaged by our global banking client to find a new Senior Manager within their Financial Crime team.
Our client is one of the largest banks in the world, with a global reach and a diverse range of business lines. They are seeking a new Senior Manager to develop and enhance their financial crime controls.
You will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the bank’s financial crime risk management framework
- Work with different business lines to enhance financial crime controls
- Work with policy and procedure teams to facilitate compliance within a riskbased approach
- Work with Internal Audit to ensure smooth and timely resolutions of identified issues
- Provide SME level understanding of financial crime issues to ensure the bank remains on the front foot
The successful candidate will have:
- Circa 10 years’ experience within Financial Crime, either in an Assurance or Internal Audit setting
- Strong understanding of risk and controls assessments
- SME level understanding of financial crime issues and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to manage projects and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to forge relationships across the business
