Gresham Hunt is currently representing a leading financial services firm in their search for an experienced Software Engineer as part of their Frankfurt-based technology team. This is an excellent opportunity to not only demonstrate and develop your technical skillset but lead a team on a variety of projects that will impact the business globally.

Responsibilities.

• Take a role in design and implementation of products and platforms using Microsoft .NET Framework.
• Utilise a deep technical expertise to develop and mentor the wider team.
• Comply with company architecture principles and prevent technical dept by refactoring the software and solutions when it makes sense
• Drive projects and team deadlines in a high performing agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)

Your CV will show:

• Extensive software development experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Demonstrable background developing applications on .NET Framework using C# or Python.
• Strong understanding of the processes involved in SDLC
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a team of junior developers/engineers.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of Design Principles such as OOP and SOLID
• Fluency in German and English
