Gresham Hunt are representing a Large Practice Firm in Southampton looking for Audit Seniors. They are looking for a UK based External Auditor with experience working within a Practice Firm
The person:
- Professional qualification (ICAEW, ICAS, ACCA etc) is preferred however will consider PQ for seniors coming to the end of their training contract.
- 2.5 years' + experience
- Experience with IFRS and UK GAAP
- Experience working in a UK Practice firm.
The role:
- 100% External Audit Role.
- Leading audits and ad-hoc special reviews from start to finish with minimal oversight.
- Managing closing meetings and preparing audit reports for senior management.
- Supervise financial reporting and Statutory filing and compliance assurance engagements of clients.
- Coaching and mentoring junior members of staff.
