Gresham Hunt are working with a number of Professional Services firms in the Channel who are looking for Audit Seniors and Assistant Managers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with one eye on industry in the future to gain world class financial services experience without the long hours associated with larger offices. Alternatively we also have a few roles with firms who audit non financial services businesses on the island.
As a location Jersey is the sunniest place in the UK and most people live within a short walk or bike ride from the office and a very active lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Run Audits from the planning stage through to completion
- Lead teams and present Audit findings to the client
- 1st point of contact for client
- Mentor junior members of Staff
- Supervise financial reporting and Statutory filing and compliance assurance engagements of clients
Requirements
- ACCA, ACA, SAICA or CPA etc
- 3+ years audit experience in a UK firm (open to any size) or Top 20 firm from outside the UK/Ireland.
- Financial Services experience is a plus but not essential.
- Right to work in the UK is essential.
