The role:
- Complying with the audit methodology whilst also regularly challenging the audit process to help with the development and streamlining of it
- Management of key stakeholders throughout the business as required
- Supporting the development and maintenance of the audit plan
- Proactively monitor for changes to industry and regulatory requirements, guidance, and pronouncements
- Identify/develop/deliver specific training based on results of quality assurance reviews and observations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of post-qualified auditing experience from a Top 10 Accounting Firm or Leading Financial Institution
- Must have the Right To Work in the U.K (not requiring sponsorship of any kind)
- Highly ambitious individual that is looking to progress in their career
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to manage individuals
- Good attention to detail; strong analytical skills
- Keen interest in finance
