Edinburgh, Scotland – Hybrid, 2 days in office/week
Salary: £50-60,000
Gresham Hunt is currently partnered with a renowned Banking Institution, who are seeking an experienced Privacy professional to play a key roll out in the build out of their Edinburgh-based Data Privacy Office.
As a Privacy Manager, you’ll manage data protection activities as well as working closely with the Regional Heads, Project Managers and Change/Transformation teams to ensure alignment of their programmes with the Data Privacy operating model and the Group Policies relating to Data Privacy Regulations and Policies.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:

2-4 years previous experience interpreting and applying data protection laws, including the UK and EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as a Data Protection Associate/Manager and/or similar.

Previous experience managing and responding to data subject requests, conducting DPIAs and responding to data breach incidents.

Demonstrable strong project management, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Experience working in the Financial Services industry, ideally Investment Banking.

OneTrust experience, including its privacy vendor risk assessment and data mapping modules including RoPA (Desirable)

Hold relevant industry certifications i.e. CIPM, CIPP/E

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in a relevant legal or technical topic.
