Gresham Hunt are currently partnering with an established technology-led brokerage firm HQ'd in NL with global outreach across EU, Asia and US offices.
What you will do:
- Coordinate global budget and Forecasting cycle
- Translate strategy into medium term financial planning
- Participate in strategic projects in the group around funding optimization and new businesses
- Working closely with local finance and management teams, providing insights and supporting business by data driven decisions
- 4-8 years of experience in similar role (e.g. forecasting, financial planning & analysis, business controller)
- University degree, preferably RC or RA
- Leadership experience in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills
- Knowledge of financial regulation IFRS and DNB Capital Requirements
- Strong business acumen with strategic thinking mindset
- Proven reporting skills and attention for detail
