Gresham Hunt are delighted to partner with a fast growing UK Bank who are looking to add two interim credit underwriters to their Retail Banking Risk Division.
The Role:
- Review credit applications across the unsecured lending portfolio up to the value of £30,000
- Follow the Bank's lending assessment process to ensure that procedures and policies are implemented
- Identify fraudulent applications
- Communicate effectively with the bank's customers and obtain important information to assess an application
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Experience required:
- Must have previous underwriting experience across retail portfolios
- Experience and knowledge of Consumer Credit regulations
- Experience dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills
- Articulate communicator
