Gresham Hunt are partnering with a real estate investment firm in their search for a junior funds manager.
The person:
- HBO/WO in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or similar degree
- Fluency in English and Dutch is a must
- Experience with real estate investment products
The role:
- Internal project management and coordinating of the process of preparing the prospectuses
- Drafting shareholder resolutions and board resolutions
- Being up to date with the regulations and governance for AIFMD fund managers
- Advising and supporting the board and the organization in relation to the regulations
