Gresham Hunt are partnering with an investment management organization in their search for a paralegal.
The person:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Strong analytic and organizational skills
The role:
- Supporting attorneys in setting up and closing investment funds
- Responding to KYC requests from counter-parties and collecting documents in connenction with such requests and deal matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating certain documents such as confidentiality agreements and access letters
- handling corporate and fund-related responsibilities
