Gresham Hunt are currently working with a leading financial services organisation as they search for a Product Development Manager, based in London or Paris to join their global, expanding team.
ROLE SUMMARY
- Manage and lead all product related projects of the fund launch process within the illiquid alternatives area, particularly pooled vehicle solutions
- Build and manage relationships with all departments including legal, operations, investments, and sales
- Be an active partner in generating and shaping new ideas, including the strategic positioning of the company
- Prepare Product Term Sheets as a basis for legal documentation
- Draft and align product business cases and act be the driving force for successful product approval
- Review existing products and pricing and reflect on potential modifications
- Launch new share classes to inline with client needs and company strategy
- Managing life cycles of any existing products if required
YOUR BACKGROUND
- University degree in related field of study
- Experience in financial services industry with skills tailored towards fund launches and project management
- First-hand experience working with clients and their corresponding regulatory requirements
- Outstanding analytical skills and advanced MS Office skills
- Results and solution orientated, takes initiative with a ‘can do’ mentality
- Able to build rapport and create excellent working relationships across all departments and levels of seniority internally and across the industry
- Thrives in a multicultural team environment
- Fantastic communication skills – Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
