This position is to be based in California or DC - flexibility for days in office can be provided.
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years' of Real Estate Investment's experience at either a Top-Tier Investment Bank, Investment Management or Private Equity firm
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with demonstrable stakeholder management
- Prior experience investing in distressed real estate assets
- Ambitious, inquisitive & a self-starter
- Strong technical skillset with commercial aptitude
