My client are a global financial institution headquartered in Canary Wharf.
They are recruiting into their Business Intelligence function in London. The team are split across London and New York and report directly into the CEO. They use a data driven approach to identify trends and present insights which will inform business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Use advanced data manipulation techniques to assess the success of strategic initiatives
- Identify ways to grow company revenues and improve productivity
- Present compelling business cases to C-suite stakeholders
- Improve data quality through use of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and Qlik
- Present insights into areas such as business performance, how to enhance product offering and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Degree educated in a numerical discipline
- Previous experience in a related field such as business intelligence or insights
- Analytical mindset and ability to draw conclusions from large data sets
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
- Prior experience using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Power BI
- Ability to present a compelling story using data and quantitative metrics
