Responsibilities:
- Preparation and implementation of regulatory documents required for product development and product lifecycle management
- Ensuing execution in compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribution to regulatory and internally required project initiative
- Acting as interface between internal teams such as, legal, finance etc.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English
- 5+ years experience in asset management industry with particular emphasis on Fund Setup
- Degree in Business Administration, finance, law or equivalent
