Irio is our Head of Benelux and is native Dutch, born and raised in Limburg. After starting his career in our Financial Institutions team, Irio now leads our Benelux business, supporting clients across the region with their senior and C-suite appointments. Outside of work, Irio is a football fanatic, enjoys travelling and discovering new places, and dreams of one day owning a football club.

Sara is native German speaking and leads our DACH team. She assists our clients in the region with their C-suite hires. Growing up in the Alps she is a big fan of hiking, but also likes to read and travel.

Richard is the Lead Consultant in Gresham Hunt's Internal Audit team, focussing on the needs of businesses within the Financial Services sector across the UK, Europe and US. Richard has been operating in this space for a number of years and has a track record in placing roles from VP right through to SMF5, across operational and technology audit. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and as often as possible, riding his bike through the Hertfordshire countryside.

Callum leads out the Accountancy and Tax offering at Gresham Hunt, placing senior finance and tax professionals across Financial Services and Commerce & Industry. His remit spans a broad range of accounting and tax disciplines, from technical and financial accounting through to corporate tax, transfer pricing and tax advisory positions, working with clients ranging from banks, insurers and asset managers through to corporates across a variety of industries. With ten years of accounting and tax recruitment experience, Callum has built a deep understanding of the finance and tax talent markets. This experience allows him to leverage his trusted network to provide senior strategic hiring solutions for his clients, whether that's a single critical hire or a broader talent mapping and succession planning exercise.

Based in our Amsterdam office, Eamonn brings extensive experience within the financial services sector, supporting major banks with large-scale remediation projects and advising fintech companies on regulatory counsel roles. With a strong foundation in finance recruitment, he has worked across compliance, risk, and finance functions, helping clients build high-performing teams in a complex regulatory landscape. Before his career in recruitment, Eamonn trained and worked as a physiotherapist, a background that shaped his analytical and people-centric approach.

Jorrit has worked in the recruitment industry since 2019, building experience across specialist search before joining Gresham Hunt in 2026 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Jorrit focuses on the Benelux region, supporting Private Equity-backed portfolio companies in finding senior leadership talent across sectors including Production & Manufacturing, Professional Services, Technology, Healthcare and Consumer. Outside of work, Jorrit is a passionate football player and padel enthusiast - both of which are best enjoyed in great company!

Joseph is Co-Head of our Benelux practice, partnering with clients and senior finance leaders on leadership and value creation hires across the business lifecycle. He began his career as an analyst in Hong Kong and New York before moving into executive search. After several years building a portfolio management practice in London, Joseph relocated to Amsterdam, where he has established himself as a trusted partner to businesses and their leadership teams across the Benelux region. His work focuses on the mid and upper mid-market, particularly businesses scaling beyond their domestic base into international platforms.

Marcus leads our searches across the Real Asset space in the US. With nine years' experience, initially with a global recruitment business and a boutique search firm, he is responsible for the execution of investment, distribution, and platform/portfolio mandates. Having lived in five countries, Marcus enjoys travelling, and outside of work is an avid reader and sports fan.

Tami is a seasoned operations & HR manager with a wealth of experience across many industries including government, energy, cosmetics, data services and property. She is best known for her relentless delivery, collaboration and engagement. At Gresham Hunt, she thoroughly enjoys helping keep the team on the straight and narrow. Her life outside of work is full on with two children and a loopy dog, and she is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist. If she ever gets spare time, she loves reading and horse riding and is partial to a glass of wine!

Hamid is Head of Finance at Gresham Hunt, where he plays a key role in shaping the company's financial and commercial direction. He works closely with senior leadership to support growth and deliver the company's wider business objectives. A First-Class Honours graduate in Accounting and Finance, Hamid began his career at Cheapflights.com before qualifying as an ACCA Chartered Accountant in 2013. He has built a diverse finance career across technology, fashion, FMCG and professional services. Before joining Gresham Hunt, he was Group Financial Controller at a leading executive search firm, supporting significant growth and transformation through to a successful private equity-backed exit. Hamid is passionate about developing future finance talent and has mentored students at the University of Greenwich. Outside work, he enjoys staying active, travelling and spending time with his family.
